Like Father, Like Son: Palestinian Boy Memorizes Entire Quran
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Ahed Zaynu is a top Palestinian Quran reciter and memorizer whose son Bashir has also learned the entire Quran by heart.
The 12-year-old boy also has a good voice and recites the Quran beautifully, according to Mashriq News.
They live in the Gaza Strip and are famous for their Quranic achievements.
The father, who is 32 years old, was raised in a family that attached importance to Quranic activities.
He has taken part in a number of national and international Quran competitions.
Ahed Zaynu has won the top title in an international Quran recitation contest in Morocco and also come first in a Quran memorization competition organized by Palestine’s Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs.
He follows the recitation style of Egyptian Qaris like Abdul Basit Abdus Samad and Muhammad Sidiq Minshawi.
