Deputy of the consulate Sayyed Mahdi Khaledzadeh told the Islamic Republic News Agency on Monday that the competition is organized in two sections for men and women.
"The women's contest is scheduled for August 16 while men will compete on August 23. The results will be announced in the holy month of Ramadan," he said.
Mr. Khaledzadeh added that a panel of judges will be introduced by Syria's Dar-ol-Tahfiz, affiliated to the country's Owqaf Ministry, to evaluate the contenders' performances.
