Quran Recitation by Int’l Qaris at Razavi Holy Shrine
On the occasion of Muharram month, various Quranic sessions have been planned at the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS) with the presence of internationally known Quran reciters of the country.
The sections and halls of the holy shrine host the sessions during the first decade of the month particularly at the night of Ashura.
The programs will be lively broadcast by Quran TV from Monday, December 5, from 10:30 to 1:30 pm. of December 6, 10th of Muharram.
Seyyed Javad Husseini, Hamid Shaker Nezhad, Mahdi Shoja’ and Ahmad Dabbaq will recite Quran’s verses at the program on Ashura.
Dar-ol-Quran of the holy shrine will host four Quranic sessions from December 3 to 6 from 5:30 to 7 pm. local time where Seyyed Morteza Sadat Fatemi, Hamid Shakernezhad, Hamidreza Alajgardi, Sa’eed Mahvashian, Javad Kashefi and Mostafa Maleki will participate as Quran reciters.
The programs will also be attended by Quran memorizers namely Reza Abedinzadeh, Seyyed Ali Mo’meniyan, Mahmoud Mohammadi Niya and Mahdi Mohammad Zadeh.
A special program for women has also been planned at the Dar-ol-Quran to be held on Friday, December 9 from 9 am. local time with the presence of female Quran reciters and memorizers such as Reyhaneh Rahimi and Maryam Naderi.
The program will be addressed by Fatemeh Tabatabayi, interpreter of the holy Quran and Tahereh Husseini as a female elegist and Yas-e Nabi Tawasheeh group will perform their programs.
