Mohamad Reza Poormoin told IQNA said the plan will be implemented with the participation of cultural institutions, the media and the people with the aim of developing the publication and distribution of Quran.
He added that 30 major committees have been set up to meet the needs of the country’s different provinces in terms of distribution of the Quran.
The aim of the project is to replace the used copies in mosques, schools, universities and other public places, he explained.
Poormoin called for media support for the success of the plan by encouraging people and organizations to contribute to it.
