Lebanese Qaris Take Course to Enhance Recitation Skills
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The first edition of an educational course on Quran recitation principles and Maqamat (scale of tunes) in Quran recitation was organized for Lebanese Qaris.
According to Qaaf news agency, the Lebanese branch of the Dar-ol-Quran of Imam Hussein’s (AS) holy shrine held the course on the occasion of the birthday anniversary of Imam Reza (AS).
Its main objective was to enhance the Quranic skills of the Quran reciters and develop the relation between the Dar-ol-Quran and the Qaris and Quranic activists of the region.
The instructor was Seyyed Mustafa Ghalibi, a Quran expert of the center.
Qaris from the southern parts of Lebanon participated in the educational program, which was held from August 6 to 15.
