According to Qaaf news agency, the Dar-ol-Quran center of al-Kawthar culture institute in The Hague holds the Quranic program every week.
Anyone interested in Quranic activities can attend the program every Friday, the institute said.
It includes teaching Quran reading and recitation as well as Tajweed principles.
Senior Quran experts teach the Quran during the weekly session, which started last Friday.
Islam is the second largest religion in the Netherlands after various forms of Christianity.
It is practiced by some five percent of the population according to 2012 estimates.
