Imamzadeh Yahya Shrine Near Mashhad
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The mausoleum of Imamzadeh Yahya (AS) is located in Mayami village, some 50 km northeast of Mashhad, the capital of Iran’s Khorasan Razavi province.
Imamzadeh Yahya (AS) was the son of Zaid, the son of Imam Sajjad (AS), the fourth Shia Imam.
The shrine’s bulding dates back to the year 937 Hijri (1531 AD).
