Online Quranic Course Planned in Oman
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Registration for an online Quranic course for all age groups in Oman began on August 5.
According to Omandaily, the Arab country's Ministry of Awqaf (endowments) and Religious Affairs announced that registration for the educational program will continue until August 30.
New teaching methods and technologies will be applied in the course and new Muslim converts who take it will get the opportunity to learn the principles of Quran reading and memorization.
The project to organize such courses, which is the first online Quranic program held in Oman, started three years ago.
Dissemination of Islamic culture, facilitating the memorization of Quran for teenagers and the youth and encouraging them to contemplate in Quran are the main objectives of the course.
The online course will begin on September 4.
