Muslim Lifestyle Expo 2017 to Be Held in Manchester

The UK’s biggest showcase of one of the fastest growing consumer markets in the world is to return for its third consecutive year.

Organizers of the Muslim Lifestyle Expo 2017 (MLE2017), with Asda as headline sponsor, say this year’s showcase will be bigger than ever featuring live fashion and cookery shows, seminars from leading speakers and dedicated kids and sports zones.

Rauf Mirza, co-founder of MLE2017, said this year’s event will promote the positive contributions of British Muslims to society across the business and community levels.

He said: "We are delighted to be back for a third consecutive year which cements and vindicates our standing as the world’s leading Muslim lifestyle event.

"MLE is a positive showcase connecting businesses to consumers who are seeking growth in this fast-growing sector regardless of faith.

"We would like to emphasize that MLE is an inclusive event for everyone – irrespective of faith – to celebrate the positive values and vibrant aspects of British Muslims and their contribution to society.

"Our aim is to showcase Muslim lifestyle in a fun and enjoyable way.

"The exhibitors and the seminars at this year’s event reflect the countless positive aspects of the Muslim community across the UK.

"As such we have extended a warm welcome to multi-faith groups and encourage every member of society to join us to celebrate our common values in humanity as well as common expectations from life.

"The Lord Mayor of Manchester will attend the event to receive a special painting by the renowned Islamic artist Siddiqa Juma to commemorate the tragic Manchester Arena attack.

"We are looking forward to what we are hoping is a fantastic family event and hope to break some records on the number of visitors who attend.”
