“Islam and Iran: A Historical Study of Mutual Services” Published in Thai
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Iranian Cultural Center in Bangkok, Thailand, published a Thai translation of Martyr Morteza Motahhari’s book titled “Islam and Iran: A Historical Study of Mutual Services”.
According to the website of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), the work has been translated and published in cooperation with the Center for Translation and Dissemination of Islamic Teachings, affiliated to ICRO.
Its publication came as part of ICRO's plan for supporting translation and publication of Persian works to other languages, Translation of Persia (TOP).
TOP aims to promote translation and publication of Persian books by foreign translators and publishers to improve the knowledge of other nations about Islamic and Iranian culture.
The 272-page book was translated into Thai by Dr. Prasert Suksaskawin (Sharif Hadi) and edited by Sheikh Imran Pisharat.
