The delegation toured different parts of the news agency and learned about its activities and news services.
Members of the delegation hailed IQNA’s good job in disseminating Quranic and religious news and voiced readiness for cooperation with the news agency.
Speaking during the visit, Ali Abdul Hussain, the public relations officer of al-Thiql al-Akbar Quranic Institute, elaborated on the institute’s activities, saying they are focused on teaching Quran memorization and recitation.
Affiliated to the cultural section of Iraq’s Hezbollah Battalions, the institute was founded 8 years ago and currently has 6 branches in different parts of Baghdad, he noted.
Abdul Hussain also underlined the institute’s plan to develop cooperation with Quranic centers of the Islamci Republic of Iran.
