Quran Course for School Students in Indonesia

TEHRAN (IQNA) – A Yemeni Quranic society held a Quranic course for school students in Indonesia.

 

According to Maareb Press, 80 students, girls and boys, along with their parents, attended the Quranic program held in the city of Bekasi, West Hava province.

It was organized by Yemen’s Quran Reciters Association.

The course, which featured recitation of the Quran, aimed at helping the participants enhance their Quranic skills.

Those taking the course were given certificates of attendance at the end of the program.

Indonesia is the world’s most populous Muslim-majority country, with more than 87 percent of Indonesian population identifying themselves as Muslim.
