Hamas Hails Iran’s Successful Retaliatory Operation against Israel

IQNA – The Palestinian resistance movement Hamas congratulated Iran on its major missile attack on targets in Israeli-occupied territories.

On Tuesday evening, Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corp (IRGC) launched hundreds of missiles toward the Zionist entity’s military and security bases across the occupied Palestinian territories.

Flares and missiles were seen in the Tel Aviv sky and explosions could be heard in the occupied al-Quds during the operation dubbed Operation True Promise II, while “direct hits” were reported in Negev, Sharon, and other locations.

Hamas in a statement described the operation as a heroic response to the Zionist enemy’s crimes against regional nations and a retaliation for the blood of the martyrs of the Ummah including Ismail Haniyeh, Sayed Hassan Nasrallah and Brigadier General Abbas Nilforoushan.

Earlier, Mohammed Abdul-Salam, the spokesman of Yemen’s Ansarullah movement, offered congratulations on Iran’s massive missile strike on Israeli military targets.

The Zionist regime’s media have estimated that Iran fired some 200 missiles at Israel on Tuesday.

Israeli sources also estimated that sirens were sounded more than 1,800 times all over the occupied territories during Iran’s attack.
