The event, organized by the Office of Foreign Pilgrims of Astan Quds Razavi, aimed to honor the Quran and strengthen unity among Muslims worldwide.
Hojat-ol-Islam Seyed Mohammad Zolfaghari, head of the Office of Foreign Pilgrims, provided details about the program. "This event brought together 30 female Quran memorizers from Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Iran, Pakistan, and Afghanistan."
"They recited the first juz of the Quran in a harmonious and heartfelt manner at the Dar al-Rahmah portico of the shrine," he added.

"This program is not only a symbol of Islamic unity but also a reflection of Astan Quds Razavi’s international efforts to promote Quranic teachings among foreign pilgrims," said the official.
Highlighting the cultural and religious mission of the shrine, he said, "the presence of female memorizers from different countries showcases the Quran’s role as a unifying force for the Muslim Ummah."
"Ramadan is an opportunity to revive the spirit of faith and brotherhood through the recitation of divine verses," Zolfaghari added.

The official also outlined plans for the remainder of Ramadan. "We intend to organize diverse programs centered on the Quran, featuring international memorizers, throughout this blessed month," he said.
The Imam Reza (AS) Shrine, one of the most revered sites in Shia Islam, attracts millions of pilgrims annually. It hosts various ceremonies during the blessed month of Ramadan.
