Late Iranian Quranic Scholar Commemorated
IQNA – A memorial service was held for renowned Iranian scholar of Quran and Hadith Hojat-ol-Islam Dr. Seyyed Mohammad Baqer Hojjati, who passed away at the age of 92 last week.
Hojat-ol-Islam was widely known as the “Father of Quranic Sciences in Iran”. The commemoration was held in Tehran on Monday, July 7, 2025, with the participation of seminary and university scholars and Quranic figures.
