Confab Due on Women Status in Prophet’s View
--A conference is due to be held next week in Tehran on “Status of Women in Tradition of Holy Prophet (PBUH)”.
The event is to be hosted by the instruction and research deputy of the Islamic Ideology Dissemination Organization on Monday, Esfand 14 (March 5) at Kowsar Cultural Foundation.
According to the public relation office of the organization, the conference is aimed at elaborating on the holy prophet’s view about status of women and mothers, of women’s political presence in society, women and judgment, women’s economic role in the family, and Quranic verses on women.
‘Holy prophet’s treatment of women’,‘ Status of women as wives according to the prophet’s view and ‘Prophet’s tradition based on Quranic verses’ are some of the topics to be discussed at the event.
Hojat-ol-Islam Khamoushi head of the Islamic Ideology Dissemination Organization will also be lecturing at “Status of Women in Tradition of Holy Prophet” Conference on Monday.
