Iranian Senior Qari Mansouri Attends Milad-un-Nabi in Pakistan
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Iran’s international qari Karim Mansouri attended a Milad-un-Nabi, birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), celebration in Pakistan’s Islamabad, reciting verses of the Noble Quran.
Mansouri has been invited to the Asian country by the Pakistani branch of Al-Mustafa International University to hold courses for Quran teachers in Pakistan, according to the Iranian cultural office in Islamabad.
The ceremony was organized with the cooperation of the Iranian cultural office and Pakistan’s National Museum. Several Iranian and Pakistani figures addressed the event.
Born in 1968 in Abadan, southwest Iran, Mansouri started learning the Quran at an early age.
Mansouri is both a Qari and a memorizer of the entire Quran.
He has won many top titles in national and international Quran competitions, including those held in Malaysia and Saudi Arabia.
