Visual Delights of Qom's Historic Jameh Mosque

TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Jameh Mosque in the holy city of Qom, Iran, is one of the oldest mosques in the country.

While no iron was used in the building of this magnificent mosque and its dome, it is still strongly standing after centuries.

The 6,000-square-meter mosque was built in the 3rd Hijri century by Abulsadim Ash’ari, who was a companion of Imam Hadi (AS) and Imam Hassan Askari (AS).
