Muslim World’s Prominent Qaris React to Quran Desecrations in West (+Video)
TEHRAN (IQNA) – A number of top qaris from different Muslim countries in separate video messages condemned Quran desecrations in Europe, stressing that such moves will fail to undermine the sublime status of the Holy Book.
In recent weeks, Islamophobic figures and groups in several European countries have repeatedly carried out Quran burnings and similar attempts to desecrate the Muslim Holy Book.
The acts of sacrilege in Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands have drawn outrage and condemnations from Muslim countries and the world.
