Legendary Egyptian Qaris’ Recitation of Verse 5 of Surah Al-Isra’
TEHRAN (IQNA) – What follows is a clip that combines the recitation of verse 5 of Surah Al-Isra’ by five legendary Egyptian qaris.
“So when the first occasion of the two [prophecies] came, We aroused against you Our servants possessing great might, and they ransacked [your] habitations, and the promise was bound to be fulfilled,” reads a translation of the verse.
The clip contains recitations from Sheikh Muhammad Sidiq Minshawi, Sheikh Mustafa Ismail, Sheikh Abdul Basit Abdul Samad, Sheikh Mahmud Ali Al-Banna, and Sheikh Kamil Yusuf Al-Bahtimi.
