Ethiopia Int’l Quran, Adhan Contest Slated for Wednesday
Guests from around the world are arriving in Addis Ababa to participate in the contest.
The five-day prestigious event marks the second round of the Ethiopian International Quran and Adhan Competition Award.
More than 100 competitors from 60 countries are set to participate in this competition.
The event is also anticipated to draw participants and audiences from around the world.
Many are expressing optimism about the event’s success, as it is attracting numerous countries and tourists to Ethiopia.
Underscoring Ethiopia’s role as a center of cultural and religious significance, the competition will help participants visit tourist attractions in Ethiopia.
The competition is organized by the Zayd Ibn Thabit Quran Association and the Supreme Council of Ethiopian Islamic Affairs.
The organizers stated that guests participating in this contest will also visit various tourist attractions in Ethiopia during their stay.
