The photographs showcased the beauty of Islamic architecture as well as the spiritual depth of religious traditions and the daily lives of Muslim communities in Russia.
Arseniy Matyushenko, the director of the House of Russia in Alexandria, commenting on the expo, said Russia is home to many different religions, and Islam holds an important place in the country.
He added that the Alexandria exhibition displayed the diversity of Islamic communities in Russia and emphasized the importance of cultural dialogue and the richness derived from this diversity through a blend of tradition and modernity.
