Al-Amiri, who also heads the National Center for Quranic Sciences affiliated with Iraq’s Shia Endowment Office, met recently with Abdulrahim Mohsen, director of Furqan Radio, to discuss enhanced collaboration between their institutions.
During the meeting, both sides explored ways to strengthen joint efforts in promoting Quranic awareness and organizing public Quranic events. They also reviewed shared interests in Quranic programming.
As part of the new agreement, the two institutions launched the recording of the full Quran with an educational focus, led by al-Amiri and supported by a skilled Iraqi reciter.
Al-Amiri additionally approved the future recording of another complete Quran recitation by Iraqi reciter Sabah al-Sarayi at the Furqan Radio studio.

Mohsen expressed appreciation for the Quranic initiatives led by the National Center for Quranic Sciences and pointed to the importance of continued cooperation. He stated that such partnerships are vital for advancing Quranic education and services in Iraq.
Furqan Radio is a religious broadcaster in Iraq known for producing Quranic and Islamic content. This new project aims to make structured, high-quality recitations more accessible to listeners across the country.
