Slated for Aug. 29-Sept. 1, it is expected to be attended by Approximately 20,000 people.
According to Chris Stephens, executive director of the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, the organization will feature discussions, exhibits, and learning opportunities about the Muslim faith.
Approximately 600,000 sq. ft. of the center will be utilized for the convention.
The ISNA was founded in 1963 by Muslim students attending the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.
Its website states that members work together to make positive change in the society, the country and the world.
