According to the website of Imam Hussein (AS) Holy Shrine, the center was inaugurated under the supervision of the Bekaa branch of the International Quranic Preaching Center affiliated with the shrine. The opening ceremony took place in the town of Al-Labwa and was attended by local religious and community leaders.
The new facility aims to offer Quranic instruction and disseminate Islamic teachings through structured educational programs.
During the ceremony, Sheikh Ali al-Mawla, director of the center, and Sheikh Hussein Manna, the Friday prayer leader of Al-Labwa, were present alongside residents and dignitaries.

Attendees welcomed the center’s establishment, emphasizing its role in strengthening Quranic culture, particularly in underserved and remote areas.
The center plans to host summer Quran courses for various age groups and will also train instructors to lead future Quranic workshops.
