Palestinian Movement Praises Yemenis’ Solidarity with Gaza
The Israeli regime’s acts of aggression were carried out in continuation of the aggression against the Palestinian nation and the Islamic Ummah, the movement said in a statement.
“We once again emphasize our standing alongside the courageous people of Yemen.
“We commend Yemen's swift response and targeting the Zionist regime’s depth, which inflicted a new defeat on its defense systems,” the statement said.
“The great nation of Yemen is paying the price for its historic and honorable stand with the oppressed people of Palestine.”
The statement was issued after an Israeli airstrike on western Yemen on Sunday night.
Following the attack, the Reuters news agency, citing eyewitnesses, reported that several explosions were heard in the port of Hodeidah, located in western Yemen.
