Israeli Drone Attack Targets Areas in Southern Lebanon

IQNA – A drone attack was launched on southern Lebanon by the Israeli regime in continuation of the regime’s violations of a declared ceasefire.

It came concurrent with the presence of UN peacekeeping forces in this region.

Lebanese-based Al-Mayadeen correspondent on Thursday reported that an Israeli drone targeted surrounding areas of houses in southern Lebanon.

These regions have previously been mined by the Israeli army forces, the report added.

The Israeli forces attacked southern Lebanon concurrent with the entry of UN Peacekeeping Forces entitled “UNIFIL”.

Earlier, the Israeli regime had repeatedly targeted UNIFIL forces in southern Lebanon.
