“Imam Hussein (AS) and Islamic Awareness” Forum Held in Lebanon
On the occasion of Muharram month, a forum on “Imam Hussein (AS) and Islamic awareness” was held by Muslim Scholars Association on November 29 in Beirut, Lebanon.
According to Al-Intiqad website, the cultural forum was held with the presence of Lebanese Shia and Sunni scholars.
It was addressed by Sheikh Ibrahim Amin Al-Seyyed, head of the political council of Hezbollah, Sheikh Maher Hamud, Imam of Quds Mosque in Saida region of Lebanon and Sheikh Mohammad ‘Amru, member of the association.
The program organized on the occasion of martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (AS) and his companions was held at the Hall of Muslim Scholars Association in Beirut.
