Seerah of Hazrat Zeynab (SA) Clarified in India
On the occasion of the lunar month of Muharram, the Seerah of Hazrat Zeynab (SA) was clarified at a forum for women in Lucknow District, Uttar Pradesh State of India.
According to IQNA’s branch in South Asia, the program was held on November 26 at 8 p.m. local time.
It was addressed by Hojat-ol-Islam Seyed Javad Naqvi, Friday prayers leader of the city who talked about moral virtues, Seerah and mission of the sister of Imam Hussein (AS).
Imambara Ghufran Ma'ab in Lucknow hosted the program, which was attended by a number of scholars and religious intellectuals of the region and Muslim women.
The building is named after Ayatollah Ghufran Ma'ab and is run by his descendants. His descendant, Maulana Syed Kalbe Jawad addresses the majlis (gathering) there for the first 10 days of the holy month of Muharram every year.
