Booklet on Imam Khomeini (RA) and Muharram Published in Iraq
According to the website of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), the center published the work in 5000 copies on the occasion of the lunar month of Muharram.
“Revival of Ashura; Revival of the True Islam of Muhammad”, “Islamic Revolution in Iran; Inspired by Husseini Movement in Ashura”, “Muharram and Safar; the Most Important Factors in the Survival of Islam”, “Unity in the Islamic Revolution rooted in Husseini mourning ceremonies” and “The Blood of the Master of Martyrs; Stimulates Islamic Movements” are some of the topics discussed in the work.
Imam Khomeini (RA) said that the holy months of Muharram and Safar have kept Islam alive and advised preachers to promote genuine teachings of Islam during this period.
According to Imam Khomeini, Muharram is the month in which justice was raised up against cruelty while truth confronted falsehood, and has proved that throughout history truth has always been triumphant against falsehood.
The center had also published a book on “Muharram and Safar in View of Ayatollah Khamenei”.
