Tehran Int’l Quran Expo Not to Be Extended

TEHRAN (IQNA) – The executive manager of the 26th Tehran International Holy Quran Exhibition said the expo will not be extended past its scheduled June 4 closing date.

 

Hojat-ol-Islam Seyed Hami Hosseini told IQNA that there is no decision to extend the international Quranic event.

He said the exhibition will wrap up on Monday, June 4, as previously announced.

The official also noted that on the closing day, all the pavilions and sections will welcome visitors until midnight.

The 26th Tehran International Quran Exhibition has been underway at the Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla here in the Iranian capital since May 19.

The expo is annually organized by the culture ministry during the holy month of Ramadan.

It is aimed at promoting Quranic concepts and developing Quranic activities.

It showcases the latest Quranic achievements in the country and other countries as well as a variety of products dedicated to the promotion of the Holy Book.
