According to nadorcity.com website, the school has been established by the Azlaf Islamic Society.
The ceremony was organized on Friday by the Badr Quran Memorization Association in Driouch.
A number of religious and political officials, including a member of Morocco’s parliament were present at the function.
It started with recitation of verses from the Quran, followed by a speech by Mustafa al-Khalifavi, head of the Azlaf Islamic Society.
He elaborated on the objectives of the society and said it aims to facilitate teaching of the Quran to boys and girls.
