Over 10 Million Worshipers Visit Al-Rawdah Al-Sharif in 2024

IQNA – More than 10 million worshipers have performed prayers in Al-Rawdah Al-Sharif at the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah from the start of 2024.

The data, released by the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Prophet’s Mosque, shows that 5,583,885 men and 4,726,247 women have prayed in Al-Rawdah Al-Sharif during this period, Saudi Gazette reported on Sunday.

Al-Rawdah Al-Sharif is the area between the tomb of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and his pulpit inside the Prophet’s Mosque.

The statistics also indicated that the average waiting time before entering Al-Rawdah Al-Sharif was 20 minutes, with the number of visitors per day reaching up to 48,000.
