It took place at the 32nd Tehran International Holy Quran Exhibition with the participation of the university’s officials.
Addressing the event, Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammad Hossein Rafiei, director general of the university’s Quran and Hadith Department, referred to Al-Mustafa University’s propagation activities and said 500 Quranic centers have been established inside and outside the country by graduates of the university, operating with the approach of the school of Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS).
Al-Mustafa has also produced various works related to the Quran and Hadith in the field of research, and tonight a portion of these works will be unveiled, he noted.
Other speakers highlighted the university’s Quranic programs, including its annual Quranic Festival, noting that some 4,000 family members of the students took part in this year’s festival in such fields as Quran recitation, memorization, Tarteel, Nahj al-Balagha and Sahifeh Sajjadiyeh.
At the end of the program, some of the university’s publications, including “The Stories of the Quran and Orientalists”, “Analysis and Examination of Interpretative Movements in Understanding the Quran”, “Critique of Orientalist Objections Regarding the Eloquence and Rhetoric of the Quran”, “An Introduction to Quranic Sciences” in English, and “A Multi-Volume Collection on the History of Religious Seminaries”, were unveiled with the authors of these works in attendance.
