Int’l Book Fair Opens in Tehran
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The 30th edition of Tehran International Book Fair got underway in a ceremony here in the Iranian capital on Tuesday.
Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani, Culture and Islamic Guidance Minister Seyed Reza Salehi Amiri, and a number of other senior officials and foreign guests took part in the opening ceremony.
Over 2600 Iranian publishers along with 139 publishers from 110 countries have put their latest books and software products on display at the book fair.
Top Iranian publishers of the last year were also honored at the opening ceremony.
