13th Book on Islamic Philosophy Published in Russia

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Entitled “Nasir Khusraw and His Philosophical Views”, the book was recently published in the Russian language.

The book has been written by Tatiana Korneeva, a research fellow at the Philosophy Institute of Russia’s Academy of Sciences.

Professor Andrey Smirnov, head of the Department of Philosophy of Islamic World along with Chalish Ava of Moscow’s Economic School have supervised the scientific content of the book.

Nasir Khusraw and His Philosophical Views has been published by Sadra Publications Institute with the support of the Avicenna Foundation and the Philosophy Institute of Russia’s Academy of Sciences.

The book touched upon the life of Nasir Khusraw and his works before explaining other issues such as Ismaili philosophy and its position in Islamic philosophy, metaphysics of Ismaili philosophy, and Khusraw’s worldview, anthropology, and sociology.

This is the 13th book on Islamic philosophy that has been published in Russia.
