Yemeni Quran Memorizers perform Khatm Quran in One Session

IQNA – A Khatm Quran (reading the entire Quran from the beginning to the end) in one session was held in the Yemeni province of Marib.

50 Quran memorizers recited all the verses of the Quran from memory in a program in Yemen’s Marib province on November 17, 2025.

 

It was organized by the “Siddiq” Quran Education Center on Monday, Yemen Shabab reported.

During the program, called “Mishkat al-Nur,” 50 Quran memorizers recited all the verses of the Quran from memory.

The event was held in a spiritual atmosphere full of faith, and the recitation of the entire Quran gave it a distinctive dimension.

The program organizers announced that this event was implemented in line with the series of programs of the “Siddiq” Quran Center to support Quran education and within the framework of the center’s educational activities aimed at strengthening the Quranic skills of students.

They emphasized that the “Mishkat al-Nur” program is one of the high-quality projects that the center is implementing to systematically promote the culture of Khatm Quran and provide useful educational programs for the public.

It is worth mentioning that performing Khatm Quran from memory is a traditional program for Quran memorizers in Yemen and other Islamic countries, which is usually carried out in one day, during which Quran memorizers gather with their instructors or supervisors and recite the entire Quran by memorization.
