TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) will stand in solidarity with all those challenging racism, , xenophobia, and Islamophobia, the organization said.

The Massachusetts chapter of the Council (CAIR-MA) on Sunday condemned a march a day earlier in Boston, Mass., by some 100 members of the white supremacist group Patriot Front.

“While all Americans – even bigots – have the right to march, people valuing a just and inclusive society also have the right to condemn the hatred those bigots spew and to reject the division they seek,” said CAIR-MA Executive Director Tahirah Amatul-Wadud.

She said the American Muslim community and CAIR stand in solidarity with all those challenging anti-Black racism, xenophobia, Islamophobia, antisemitism, white supremacy and all other forms of bigotry.

CAIR is the United States’ largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization

CAIR’s mission is to protect civil rights, enhance understanding of Islam, promote justice, and empower American Muslims.
