Registration Opens for Oman’s Sultan Qaboos Quran Contest

IQNA – The organizer of the Sultan Qaboos Holy Quran Competition in Oman announced the opening of registration for the 32nd edition of the contest.

The Sultan Qaboos Higher Centre for Culture and Science invited those interested in participating in the Quranic event to sign up for it online via the center’s website.

The competition will be organized at seven levels in the category of memorization of the Holy Quran.

Among the most important objectives of the competition are encouraging Omanis to memorize and assimilate the Quran and raising a Quranic generation.

It also aims to find glorified reciters of the Quran who are perfect for its performance and strengthen the Sultanate’s presence in international Quranic competitions.
