IQNA – A cultural exhibition aimed at promoting the teachings of Imam Hussein (AS) was held in Dar es-Salaam, Tanzania.

The Khoja Shia community organized the event on August 8-10, according to the Iranian Cultural Center in the East African country. 

It included two sections, featuring culture and health.

Some 8,000 people visited the exhibition during the three days it ran in Dar es-Salaam city center.

The visitors also received free medical and health services, the report added.

Iran’s cultural attaché also paid a visit to the expo, commending the organizers of the event.

 He said such programs help to promote the teachings of Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) in the country.
