We Are with You, Ayatollah Khamenei Says in Message to Lebanese People

IQNA – Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei underscored the Islamic Republic’s solidarity with the people of Lebanon.

“We’re not separate from you. We are with you and united with you,” the leader said in a message to the resistant and war-stricken Lebanese nation. 

Ayatollah Khamenei added that Iranian sympathize with the people of Lebanon over the pains and troubles.

“Your pain is ours, your suffering is our suffering and we are not separate from you,” the Leader said in the verbal message.

The message was issued in response to a letter from Meytham Motiei, who has travelled to Lebanon to distribute the aid dispatched to the Arab country by the Iranian people.

Lebanon has been facing an aggression by the Israeli regime since October last year. 

So far, at least 3,481 people have been killed and 14,786 others injured in Israeli assaults on Lebanon.
