IQNA – Iran’s Judiciary Chief said the Islamic Revolution, led by Imam Khomeini, was akin to the mission of the prophets, adding that it shattered the dominance of both major and minor Taghuts (tyrants).

Iran’s Judiciary Chief Hojat-ol-Islam Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejei visited Imam Khomeini’s mausoleum south of Tehran on Sunday, February 2, 2025.

Speaking at a ceremony at Imam Khomeini’s mausoleum south of Tehran on Sunday, Hojat-ol-Islam Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejei added that the revolution exposed all the insincere claimants who pretended to defend the people.

The Judiciary’s Chief and other officials visited the mausoleum to renew allegiance to the ideals of the late founder of the Islamic Republic.

The Islamic Revolution was a movement in which Imam Khomeini awakened all pure hearts and Fitrats (natures) in a divine manner, he said, adding that Imam Khomeini was a leader who embodied divine virtues, dedicating himself to the path of God, distancing himself from anything other than God, and fearing nothing but God.

He went on to say that the Islamic Revolution took place with the support of Almighty God and put the interests of all worldly seekers at risk.

“Imam Khomeini restored human dignity and revived humanity, giving hope and character to many who had been oppressed. He especially empowered the masses who had been subjected to injustice.”

The visit to the mausoleum of Imam Khomeini came during the Ten-Day Fajr (Dawn) celebrations that mark the anniversary of the victory of Iran’s 1979 Islamic Revolution.
