Moroccans Condemn Trump’s Gaza Proposal

IQNA – People held more than 105 demonstrations across Morocco to protest US President Donald Trump’s proposal to “take over” the Gaza Strip.

A statement from the Moroccan civil society organization, the Organization for Supporting the Issues of the Ummah, announced that protests were held in 56 cities on Friday to oppose the displacement of Palestinians.

It noted that Moroccans, through their participation in the demonstrations, expressed support for the legitimate and just demands of the people of Palestine.

They demanded the reconstruction of Gaza and delivery of humanitarian aid to the region, it added.

Trump’s plot against the Gaza Strip has drawn widespread condemnations worldwide.
