According to MuslimsAroundTheWorld, new university students from more than 15 different countries in South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, the Americas and Europe, gathered at the mosque.

The Muslim students were from diverse ethnic and geographical backgrounds, and the program was part of a social activity aimed at introducing them to Islamic life in Taiwan.

It also aimed to provide a friendly atmosphere to combine worship with cultural interactions.
