Based on an approval of the Supreme Council for the Cultural Revolution, the plan to evaluate and award specialized certificates to Quran memorizers is implemented annually in four stages by the Dar-ol-Quran al-Karim Organization.
The 20th edition of this plan began this year with the registration of 12,300 people, and after holding the first stage (written) and second stage (oral) exams in the categories of memorization of 10, 20, and 30 juz, 340 people finally managed to advance to the third stage.
The third stage, held today, was exclusively for Quran memorizers who had successfully completed the previous stages and achieved the required scores. In this stage, participants answered 180 written multiple-choice questions, including 120 questions in the field of Quran translation and 60 vocabulary questions.
The third stage was held simultaneously in the provinces of Isfahan, Tehran, Razavi Khorasan, Khuzestan, Zanjan, Fars, Qom, and Kerman, and Quran memorizers from different regions of the country attended the designated centers.
Based on the determined criteria, those accepted in this stage will be awarded a second-degree specialized certificate titled “Excellent Quran Memorizer”.
The exam was held with the aim of accurately assessing the academic level, skills, and mastery of Quran memorizers, and is considered one of the most important stages in the process of awarding a specialized certificate.
