According to IQNA’s correspondent, mosques will be evaluated based on the beauty and cleanliness of the inside and outer views as well as their exterior renovation.
Toroslar’s mayor Hameet Tuna said that the regulations of the competition have been sent to 55 religious experts in the city’s mosques.
“The best mosques will be selected by the contest’s jury panel which consists of engineers, architects and experts in fine arts and environment,” he added.
He also noted that the top three mosques would be awarded by Toroslar’s municipality during a special ceremony which is set to be held on August 16.
