OIC Secretary General Yousef Bin Ahmad Al-Othaimeen said on Sunday that the meeting will be organized via video-conference.
He said it will discuss the impacts of the novel coronavirus on public health and economic stability in the member states, WAS news agency reported.
The participants will also talk about enhancing cooperation and coordination among the member states in the battle with the infectious disease.
More than 2.4 million people worldwide have tested positive for the coronavirus and the death toll has exceeded 165,000.
