Athletes Opposed to Normalization with Israel to Be Honored
The Global Campaign to Return to Palestine (GCRP) will organize the event, it said in a post on its Twitter account, Paltoday.ps website reported.
The forum, dubbed “Golden Medal of Al-Quds” will kick off on January 31 and run until February 2, according to GCRP.
It said the forum will cherish those athletes who have refused to face Israeli opponents in sports competitions due to their opposition to normalization with the Zionist entity.
The Global Campaign to Return to Palestine is an International non-government organization and campaign to work for the right of return or oppressed people of Palestine, those were/are expelled by the illegitimate Zionist regime Israel from 1948 to till now.
It includes various NGOs from 80 countries of the world.
