Fair distribution of the Bait al-Maal (public treasury of the Islamic government) and cases showing Islamic fraternity are examples of these.
The meanings of Idalat (justice) and Musawat (equality) are close. In equal conditions, justice and equality are the same.
If several workers with the same level of expertise and background do the same job for a certain amount of time, justice requires that they receive the same wage.
But if there are differences in their expertise, or background or hours of work, giving them an equal wage would run counter to justice.
So we cannot define justice as equality but it can be defined as observing the truth whether it is equal among people or not.
