US Main Accomplice in Israeli Crimes in Palestine: Iraqi Resistance Figure
Sheikh Qais al-Khazali made the remarks while addressing a conference titled ‘Al-Aqsa Storm and Awakening of Human Conscience’ in Tehran on Sunday.
Given the pivotal role of the US in Israeli occupation and crimes against Palestinians, the Iraqi resistance considers targeting US bases in Iraq to be in line with its mission, he added.
He said that like Yemen, the Iraqi resistance confronts US-Israeli schemes in the region and has no fear of standing against American and Zionist occupiers.
Al-Khazali added that the resistance has mobilized all of its powers, equipment and manpower to support the issue of al-Quds and Palestine.
“Today, the fate of Palestine is in the hands of the Muslim Ummah and Israel has come to its expiry and the end of the usurper regime is very close,” he stated.
He further condemned the silence of international organizations and the ineffectiveness of the UN Security Council resolutions, saying international bodies are not going to take any steps to save Palestine and the Gaza Strip.
The whole world is witnessing the blatant crimes being committed by the Zionist regime with the support of international bodies, he deplored.
Al-Kahzali referred to Verse 7 of Surah Al-Isra of the Holy Quran, “And when the second promise came (We sent them against you), to sadden your faces and to enter the Mosque as they entered it the first time, they utterly destroyed whatever they came across,” saying this Quranic pledge is certainly going to be fulfilled and the enemy will be defeated.

Elsewhere in his remarks, the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq secretary general thanked the Islamic Republic of Iran for its stances in support of Palestine.
More than 100 Muslim world figures, scholars and thinkers attending the conference will elaborate on the Jihad of the people of the Gaza Strip and the outcomes of the Al-Aqsa Flood Operation, which the Palestinian Hamas resistance movement launched against the Zionist regime on October 7, 2023.
